Integrated 3in1 Sensor

Zentek Integrated 3in1 Sensor (I3S) is a reliable and accurate multi-purpose sensor that measures pressure, temperature and vibration at real time.
A typical application for a centrifugal pumping system (HPS) includes one sensor unit installs at pump intake and the other at pump discharge. The Human Machine Interface (HMI) is the panel to communicate with both sensors units, process the data and provide the real time pump status to the operator. The integrated HMI is optional if customer has their own data processing device, i.e. analogue inputs.
The other application is to install to the wellhead flow line through the ½” NPT male connection, to monitor the flow line pressure, temperature and vibration. In this application the vibration is optional but it will still come with the standard offer while customer may not need to connect to the HMI or their own analogue inputs.
